Taiwan Niuzhizhi Introduction
Burdock is a national first-class national treasure tree in Taiwan. The shape of the burdock is relatively thick and strong, so the name of the land is also called “yak”. It grows in the mountains of the island at an altitude of 400~2000 meters. During the Qing Dynasty, Taiwan’s eucalyptus had been devastated, resulting in the gradual depletion of the burdock population. Antrodia camphorata is a fungus that grows on the calf and is also endemic to Taiwan.
In the past, the use of Antrodia camphora was not much. However, in the past 10 years, the efficacy of Antrodia camphorata in various aspects has gradually been recognized by the academic community. Studies shows that there are triterpenoid compounds in Antrodia camphorata. It is widely believed that this compound can inhibit cancer cells.
